Refund & Returns Policy – 16-Twenty Four

As all products are made to order, we only accept refund or return requests where there is an issue with the item received.

You may contact us if:

Your item arrives damaged

You receive the wrong item

Your order arrives with a manufacturing defect

Your package arrives with a problem that affects the condition of the product

To request a refund or return, please email support@16twentyfour.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

Your order number

Photos showing the issue

A short description of the problem

We may request additional information to review your claim.

If a return is approved, the customer may be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong size

Preference changes after purchase

Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

Minor colour differences caused by screen displays

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
